Public Notice is hereby given that the Delaware River & Bay Authority (DRBA) requests bids for Contract DMB-10-03, Miscellaneous Steel Work. Work primarily consists but not limited to, furnishings of all labor, materials and equipment necessary and installing pier level security fencing located on the outside of the towers piers at the water level of the four towers. Bidders are advised that this Project is one which will be subject. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("DBE") Program Requirements. The DBE/MBE/WBE participation goal is 7.1%. Documents will be available on August 4, 2026 for One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per set and must be obtained in person or by mail. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., local time at The Delaware River & Bay Authority, Administration Building, New Castle, DE 19720.
